When I moved to Durango, I spoke to 3 other timberframe companies in North America, beside yours. I visited homes in this area on the East Coast and British Columbia before choosing Wind River. Your frame and the panels were comparable in cost to the other companies and in my opinion, the quality of your frame was higher.
However, what really set your company apart from the others was your

willingness to educate me and provide helpful hints to my sub-contractors on the construction process.
You did what you said you were going to do - and then some - in the time frame we agreed upon.
